首先，這兩句 GRAMMAR 錯。 How I wish 後面是用 PAST SUBJUNCTIVE。

所以，這兩句應為：

How I wish I could come with you.

我多麼想我可以跟你去。（件事已發生，所以你只是想，實際無可能）


How I wish we could make it through

我多麼想我們可以捱過去 。（件事已發生，因為已失敗，所以無可能）
