If you are living abroad, in a western country for example, the Family Name ( Surname ) is the Last name.
If your Christian name is Anna-Sui, you may elect that to be your first name.
Your Given Name (Name you were born with, will be your middle name in this case)
Siu Mei
Then, it will be written as Anna-Sui Siu Mei CHAN
Usually, the first name will be used. Therefore it will be just Anna-Sui CHAN
Only in Identity cards or passport will your full name be written.
