2) 應該是 shareholders equity，不是 liabilities
3) 在 profit and loss a/c 最下面的 net profit 是會記錄在 balance sheet 的 assets 裡，還有 profit and loss a/c 裡的 depreciation 亦會在 balance sheet 的 accumulated depreciation。
