入口貨品時有以下的問題

I think (Bra city) is misunderstanding your question. You want to check the import clearance issue, right ?
1/ yes, you need to 報關 . Just check with trade link....fill the form.... very easy.
2/ no tax need as HK is free tax import country.
3/ payment : you have to negoicate with your factory/export if they accept
- some new account or first deal need to full payment in advance.
- after open the account , you can try to deal with paying 30% deposit and tt the balance to the factory upon recept the goods without any problem.

China import - there are some 貨運公司代 recipt payment for their customer. You can check with the supplier which 貨運公司 they can handle for them.
