小弟在年頭頂咗間舖頭做吓小生意.同大業主簽訂兩年合約.但最近得知有大財團收購.
如果大業主要收回舖位.那麼他會賠償什麼給小弟?而小弟又可以提出什麼要求?
而當初的頂手費,單簿,膠袋,做招牌的費用又可否歸納賠償之內?

我曾經試過,業主只會跟合約上作出賠償,如果你係一年生一年死約,未過一年死約,業主其實要賠償解約餘下月數之租金,及發還上下按金,但係如果租約無列明,業主通常都會拖延到約滿.當你過咗死約,業主只要一個月書面通知解除租約,你只可以取回按金,所以未必一定有得賠.如果業主急趕收回舖位,你可以嘗試提出要求,但當然是合理既要求.
而頂手費是你同上手租客既協議,所以業主係唔會作出賠償,至於什項等費用,業主亦唔會賠償之內.
