作文是個人的思維鍛鍊, 亦藉著施政報告題目, 希望更了解社會上發生了甚麼事? 為人父母如果自己子女連家課也要別人代做(尤其作文), 試想是多麼痛心! 唔會唔識做, 只不過是做得好唔好! 年青人自己搵資料做吧! 50字簡直風一陣就做完啦!

I think it is a good one.
It is because it gives people in Hong Kong many good things.
First, it lets young children pay very cheap price to study in playhouses.
Second, it talks about schools very much.
Finally, it does not change things a lot.
