I also had 考試焦慮症 before...
Whenever I took very important exams, I would feel sick and wanted to throw up. Sometimes, I couldnt even stay in the room to finish my exams, coz I needed to go to bathroom so bad that I need to just guess all the answers and go.
However, I talked to my professor about it and he suggested me to think of something that can relax me right before exam.
For example:
Get ready for your exam earier, not the day before. Try to be very familiar with the exams. Then not to think about the matiral anymore on the day of exams, coz you suppose to know everything on the day already. Reading more on the day wont help, but confuse you more and stress you out.
For me, I also listen to music on the way to exam to relax myself. Try to do whatever that you feel more comfortable to take the exam. For once, I asked my professor to let me take the exam in another classroom by myself, and it relax me alot.
Just try whatever can relax you and pick the best to do... Coz it's different for everyone.
