首先，PAST PERFECT 不可單獨用，要和 SIMPLE PAST 一起用。只有 PRESENT PERFECT 才可單獨用。

動詞前要用 SUBJECT " I "，動詞後用 " ME "
My friends and I set up a date with a guy form his work. 錯
Should be: My friends and I （have) set up a date with a guy at work.
set up (simple past), have set up (present perfect) 兩個都可
