不完全同意。小金的看法只是局限於次級生產之上。其實生產不單是把天然資源轉換為半製成品或製成品，亦可是把資源投入換取天然資源或產出服務。小金的看法並不全面！

No. Production is the use of inputs to make goods and services that satisfy people's wants. The input is not necessarily natural resources. It can be any productive asset (that is the broad definition of capital). One example is the computer parts which are not natural resources. Also, 製成品 should be something that satisfies human wants, like semi-finished goods for further production or final goods for direct consumption. For example, a process that makes pollutants only is not considered production because pollutant is not a good to satisfy wants.
