簡體碼(e.g. gb2312) 轉為big5碼, use microsoft word

1. Copy the program code and paste into microsoft word.
2. In word, [工具][語言][中文轉換][簡體中文轉成繁體中文]
3. Save as text file.

For html file, remember to change charset from
charset=gb2312 to charset=big5

You can use computer!
