We offer this programme with the University of Leicester. It gives students a solid foundation in Human Resource Management, and also prepares them for entry to Leicester University MSc programmes.

Modules:

Organisational Behaviour and Employee Development
Management in Organisations
Personnel and HRM
Culture and the International Context
Study materials are provided for all 4 modules.
There are 3 lectures and 3 group tutorials for each module.
There is a separate Academic Writing Unit to help students write more effective academic essays.
Exemptions are available to suitably-qualified applicants.
Assessment is based on coursework, a final examination and attendance.
