工商銀行 eipo 付款問題

我想就問若我家人用 eipo 的白表申請但沒有網上銀行戶口, 可否以本人的戶口代其付款? 具體的運作過程是怎樣的, 是否申請是給你一個編號, 再以該編號付款?

Yes you can. After you have fill in all the details on the web site, they will give you a ref. number. Just use the ref no. to pay with your internet bank account. You can even make multi payment with different bank account to pay for 1 reference number.
