我想問關於a/c 既野??點入賬??

如果有個shareholder e.g john 佢係要係會計年度要比個transportation charges, 但係我而家唔記得入佢既賬，(已做t/b & b/s) 我應該點樣入番賬呢?? john係末比lee個費用出黎gei, 係咪影響到accruals/ shareholder current a/c & transportation ???

咁係咪如果john要比個費用之後就 Dr. Accruals Exp. Cr. Shareholder Current A/c Dr. Shareholder Current A/c Cr. Bank

Dr. Transportation
Cr. Accrued expenses

John末比個費用, you do not need to put through shareholder current account, only record the transportation charges.

我不太清楚案情是怎樣, 相信是 john 將要出差, 要預留一筆 transportation charges. 其實, 一般交通吃飯娛樂的士雜費都會用黎 claim 錢, 無論是 shareholder 或伙記 claim 錢都係一樣, Dr Transport Charge, Cr Petty Cash. 呢 d 錢一定係實報實銷, john 未俾錢出黎, 又未 claim 錢, 梗係乜都唔做. 但如果一定要做, 咁就做 Dr Transport Charge, Cr Other Payable.
