How to convert picture(.jpg or .pdf) to .doc file

I have scanned a file into computer, but I can't convert it to .doc file, what can I do. I have a converter which can convert to all type of image file(e.g. .jpg). I can convert to any file type that is suitable for any program.

If u want to extract words from pic , then use ABBYY.If u want to add a pic in a doc file, then open a blank document and choose insert a pic in the document.

按keyboard裡printscreen掣，capture營幕畫面，然後用edit圖的軟件進行剪裁修改，
如果沒有所需軟件，可以用window裡的小畫家也可以！
