i just went to some smaller gold shop to help friend select a diamond earring...and with your price 30000 i don't think you can buy any 1 garat diamond no matter in what grade...

30000 should can get 0.7-0.8 garat....cos i saw one pair of 1 garat earrings (which is one earring in 0.5 garat) are already costs over 50000..so 1pc of 1garat diamond is no way to be under 50000
