-- A cleaner and more pleasant working environment in terms of a smoke-free (no-smoke-odor) workplace.
-- A benefit to the employees’ health

Cons：
-- Violate the rights of those employees who are smokers (because the prohibition restrains them from ”acting their own free will”.)
-- Lower the morale of those employees who are smokers.
