Next protein's designer whey (I like strawberry the best). 18g protein/scoop. Chocolate is not that good.
Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold (I only tried strawberry just taste a little canteloupe to me than strawberry but it's not bad (I still use it) -- for me designer whey taste better but protein is lower). I heard double rich chocolate is good. 24g protein/scoop.
Both are cheap. I buy the 5 lb tub. Drink right after your workout. Whey is fast absorbing.
Slow absorbing protein (night time protein/bedtime protein) you need something that contains casein or micellar. Probolic SR is one product, muscle milk is another (I think this one is high in fat good for weight gainers/bodybuilding).
You need 1 gm protein per 1 lb bodyweight.
If you are vegetarian soy's the only protein powder available for vegetarians I think.
Also eat lean protein foods: grilled chicken breat, eggwhites, tuna, etc
