ok, so ive been going to dances at my school, and i grind dance with other girls....when im grinding, my penis gets hard, and i can't control it, and i feel like it's embarrasing...is it embarrasing? is it normal?

You have to think about other things. Instead of thinking "What if she was naked", think "I wonder what the football score is?". That should help you keep Jabba in his hut.
