Did the CIA tell its agents about a bomb threat in Oklahoma?

I've heard the CIA was informed of a bomb threat in Okalhoma City. I've heard they told their agents to stay away from the Alfred Murrow Building. I've also heard they didn't tell any other agencies in the building. Is this truth or myth?
