Is there off site parking at Dulles international? Can I find coupons for long term parking online?

I live in the Dulles area - there is no offsite parking. I've never come across any coupons either. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on parking, you can just take a cab, the super shuttle, or the washington flyer bus service to the airport.
