Is there anyway to change the overall and jersey number of a player in Madden 07 i know you could in Madden 06

i just got Madden 07 yesterday and i was kinda pissed at things like Joey Harrington's overall being 76 Daunte Culpepper's overall being 92 i know he was injured but he's still better than that and also the fact the Jon Kitna's jersey number was 3 wtf 3?!?!?! its 8!!!!!!! Is there anyway to change it like in Madden 06?
