please recommend a MS SQL book to me, I want to become a DBA.?

Try Sybex; their books are pretty good. Unlike books published by Microsoft, they make stuff very complicated. Becomming a DBA is not easy, you have to like the !@#$%^&*()_ codes :)
Once you have good experience, the dough comes!
