You should use a condom for anal, vaginal and oral sex if you are unsure of your partner. Also, condoms don't prevent ALL STDs some are transferred by skin contact such as HPV and various types of lice. As well, you should use finger condoms if you have cuts or scratches on your fingers and always change condoms when going from vaginal to anal or vice verse. The only safe sex is not having any until marriage. Sad but true.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking but if you mean when having sex when should you wear a condom.....You should wear a condom when having both anal and vaginal sex. STD's and HIV can be spread no matter what type of sex you're having and that includes oral (not as common but it can still happen).

Vagina and anus should both be protected by a condom....both for STD and pregnancy protection...and additionally (re: the anus) for bacterial protection...when bacteria from the anus gets in the vagina, yeast infections are often the result.

If you don't want to use a condom, I'd suggest you have intercourse and climax away from any of her orifices...
