I just a newcomer in the company,and suddenly I have a crush on one girl.I ,ve been thinking about her all the time,but we only have few conversation, always end up when she asked me something cos I was quiet shy if I really like someone I can,t handle the converstation well and even worse is getting stutter while we talk .
please give me little bit advice guys thank you.

dont be shy and always make her laugh or do something fun for her.Try to ask her questions and listen her when she is saying something.aNd soon say her that you r in love with her..Be brave!!Always talk with god and wish good things .Dont worry everthing is goin' to be fine!!!and talk to your friends about this to mybe the girl will likes you to in the future..Who knows...good luck for this...=)

Ok, bring upsomething intersting to talk about, like a current event or sports team or something. Talk about stuff you know. Show her you like to be around her, but turn into a stocker freak. Just make her feel likes shes really important. Thats one thing girls love: to be acknowledged and to feel equal.

Take a deep breath and pretend you're talking to your sister or your cousin or a childhood friend. Someone you're comfortable with. Soon, you'll be comfy with her.
