Depends on the girl. Try this: text her for a couple of days (not for too long hours though). Then for one day do not text her at all. If she don't try to talk to you, text her only (at the most) every 3 days.

Don't text her. Just call her. Ask her out. Texting is the whimpy way of trying to flirt with someone and it just comes off as desperate and creepy, esp when you don't know where you stand in this relationship.

I wouldn't! It's sweet. Tell her what's on your mind, what your thinking about, anything at all, what do you have in common? What are your dreams, goals etc? GO for it! Just be yourself always....and be funny! Humour is always a blast...

It depends, you should take her answers as a clue, if she answers in a hurry and seems happy to hear from you, go ahead. If it took a little bit or her answer was short hold of a little bit. If you are interested in her as more than a friend beeing too needy won't be attractive.

Why not call her on the telephone and have a "real" conversation - hear her voice. That's my suggestion.
