Christiano Ronaldo??...?

I think there's no need for all this. the matter was resolved by FIFA and i think it should stay there. these things happen and in all fairness Rooney deserved that red card. Ronaldo shouldn't have winked but who cares. by creating hate sites and generating all this animosity nothing gets solved. Ronaldo AND Rooney are young and gonna go on to play lots of matches together have great soccer careers.CUZ its soccer people not war!

he's talented when he is standing on the ball and plays very hard... great shot... now that that is said... i hate him... and it sucks i am a man u fan i am glad there is talk of him leaving... if he thinks he can walk back into an english club after doing what he did during the english game with out being beaten, he's an idiot. Not mention i have never seen anybody take so many dives in that few of games and NOT GET A CARD EVERYTIME!, he has been labled as a diver by all of the ref's yet none will show some hutsbah and card his ***...oh well i hope he does go back to england, they will take care of him for me

this started after the game of portugal against england wherein england lost to a penalty shoot out.

as the match progresses, wayne rooney of england fouled portugal's ricardo carvalho by stepping on his groin. while all the commotion is happening, rooney pushed cristiano ronaldo aside and then earned him a red card. rooney was sent off the match and the english fans are blaming it on ronaldo bcoz they said that ronaldo asked the referee to give wayne rooney the red card. english fans also thought that england wouldve won if rooney wasnt sent off and that made them so much angrier. but i think that england wouldve still lost even if rooney stayed on the game. lets face it, england didnt play well even with david beckham, perhaps the most famous soccer player around the globe.

now english fans hate ronaldo for this incident and people speculate that he may need body guards to protect him against english fans when he goes back to england to play for manchester united, which is his current club. and by the way, wayne rooney and cristiano ronaldo are team mates at this club so they think that rooney will go after him or something. however, in an interview, c. ronaldo said that he never asked for the red card especially bcoz wayne rooney is his teammate and their actually very good friends. u can find a video at youtube.com of c. ronaldo and rooney playing video games together.

most of the english fans and many others thought that " the wink" rather than the words with the referee, cost him the hatred from the fans. that's ..the reason to need the body guard.

Lets just say that these English Freaks cant take the fact that they lost the game to Portugal and blame thier loss/make an exuse on Ronaldo.
