anyone can comment for the trip to korea?

I only visited Korea once in October 1999 for a business trip and I'd say it's a beautiful country. If I had the money I will surely go back for a vacation. They say the best time to go is October and April. I was surprised that the people are nicer than I expected because Koreans living in the Phils. have a reputation of being rude (no offense meant). I am from the Phils. and used to work for a Korean firm. Still, I always tell friends that Korea is a nice place to visit.

Just don't ask what you are eating, but it will be good. Hope your nose is ready for the unusual smell.

go to It Tae Won, it's their mega flea market. picture an entire city made of nothing but store fronts and you'll get the idea. Heart of Seoul offers lots of shopping malls and is more industrial than scenic although it is pretty to me. Cheju island if you're in the mood for old world appeal. Pusan/Busan however you want to call it is there inland port/beach area on the southern tip of korea. be sure and check out the temples at Bul Guk Sa and other places as well. not sure about now but if you can, go and check out the DMZ (demilitarized zone) on the border. DO NOT GO IN SUMMERTIME unless you like hot as balls. fall and winter are my favorite times to go.
