How can I unlock the HotCoffee game in GTA:SA(PS2)?

In Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas, the HotCoffee game, which makes the dating of girlfriends more 'interactive', is locked on the memory card. How can I unlock the game on the memory card? I've only got the software Xport2.Can it do?

No. If you bought the game recently it's not even in the game anymore. And if you did buy it when it first came out, the mod that was able to make it happen was taken off of the internet. The only way that you'd be able to see it is re-write the mod yourself.
