Brazil. I think the final will be Germany vs. Brazil. Sure, Germany was not too great against Costa Rica, but they were missing a bunch of great players and I think they still have quite a bit to give.

Any of these could be the 2006 World Champions in random order :
Portugal Brazil Holland France --- but I very much doubt Germany !!! They got a good result against Costa Rica only because they (1)were playing at home and (2) were only up against an above average team.
