but you CANNOT say that it is inaccurate
there is no ONE AND ONLY RANKING AUTHORITY

the school you listed are those SUPER schools
non of the schools in Taiwan can even come close to them

if you've never heard of UPenn, Georgetown, MIT, CMU, UMich, NYU....
