Was the younger person in the "Bus Uncle" video irritating Bus Uncle more because he was passive?

Tyring to figure out why the older gentleman stayed mad so long when the younger one wasn't saying very much at all. Was it his posture? Not apologizing profusely enough?

I think the problem is that "Bus Uncle" wanted to understand why the young guy had interrupted him, and yet the younger guy did not want a discussion. What the younger guy did say didn't really help to calm down "Bus Uncle" either, he just helped make him more mad.

Not really. It's just that:

I have pressure, You have pressure.
Unsolved. Unsolved. Unsolved.
XXXX your mother.

The grainy film was apparently recorded using a mobile phone.

the Bus Uncle exclaims,
''I don't know you. You don't know me. Why do you do this?''
"Not yet resolved! Not yet resolved! Not yet resolved! …
I face pressure. You face pressure. Why did you provoke me?",

Madman!!!!!!!!!!!
