Just considering World Cup performances, my opinion is:
1. Cameroon, 1990;
2. Senegal, 2002;
3. Nigeria, 1994

1994,2002-Nigeria Super Eagles, What can I say 1994 1st time in the cup stunned the soccer world and put Africa on the Map. P.S. that 1990 Team should have beaten Italy in the round of 16

1998 Cameroon Indomainable Lions- All the Way to the round of 16 and 1 goal short of the round of 8

2002 Senegal Lions- showed once again the Africa is within Inches of the World Cup

Honorable Mention- Nigeria Jr. Super Eagles 2005- Lost 2-1 to Argentina in the Jr. World Cup Final...Nigeria will be back and this year look out for the Ivory Coast
