If she is truly your friend, she wont mind if u go out with the dude. I had the same problem once. If she does get angry, tell her that the guy wanted you and not her and that it is his choice, not hers.

u and her should have a 3 some with him..... there is not back stabbing, not jealousy and you both get your cake and eat it too

Someone is going to lose out, and there will be hard feelings to come.

Make sure you don't let it get in the way of your friendship or else things will end up messy. You two should agree to both not do anything about it or else it will complicate things. It's either that or one of you decides to not like him anymore but that's a lot more difficult than it sounds.
