1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

God is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. He always was and always will be.

What's more important than where did he come from is who he is to you.
If you will seek him; you will find him. Talk to him, read the bible, get to know his son.

When you have a personal relationship with him these questions wont matter any longer. You will know without a shadow of a doubt that he exist and you will feel his presence and his love.

Because God created the entire universe and all matter, he also created time with it. God exists outside of time (which is a concept most human minds, including mine, can never fully grasp). From our time-bound perspective God always is, always was, and always will be. It has been described as "an Eternal Now".

Like many have already said he always was and always will be. No one can understand how because we have finite knowledge. We will only understand in the end.

There is no such thing as God. God only exist in your head for it is a human invention!

God came directly from the imagination of primitive people who had no better way to answer the big questions than to say "God did it". Now we know where things like lightning come from, so we no longer need "the god hypothesis". And the few things we don't yet know are often attributed to a "God of the gaps" by those who still wish to believe in God despite the evidence of science that there's no longer any need to say "God did it."

God always was, and He always will be.In the Catholic Church this is doctrinal, which means we have to believe this in faith, without question.

I believe, as a Christian that God didn't COME, he IS, and WAS. He wasn't created, and He didn't happen. He has always been, and always will be.
