Are Zager guitars really easier to play?

I was reading user reviews and feedback both from eBay and from their Zager web site. The company claims their guitars are easier on the fingers and have greater playability. I was looking for feedback from people that have tried their guitars.

I'd like to put in my two cents and say Mr Foolish lives up to his name here. I doubt he has every played much less owned a Zager guitar himself. I have 3 now and I'll say they are well worth their price and are true to their Easy Play namesake. The neck is very comfortable in and of itself. They put it best when they told me to think of how some guitar necks feel like baseball bats, just huge front to back, bulky and tough to chord with.
Zagers are nice and slim like a thin oval design. Then there's the low string heights and wider string spacing. It's the tiniest difference you can't really see but your fingers feel it right away and you really can play faster and better, and go for longer practice times without your hands just killing... Dennis and his team have been great. I do own a few other acoustics, but they've moved their way towards the back of the group because the Zager just takes the cake on playability and sound. Nuf said.

Hopefully Mr. Foolish has had time to wise up since his post 10 years ago. Lol. Zager guitars are one of the best guitars you can buy period! More importantly I've yet to come across any other retailer that is up to Zager standards when it comes to customer service. They are the best I have ever experienced.
