Owned many breeds over my lifetime. Everything to Champion cokcers to down right muts, rat terriers to German Shepards, but my all time favorite is the Lab. Easy going, easy to train. Down right eager to pleas, great in a duck blind, just as good with kids.
Yorkies & Rottweilers!!!!! These two have the best personalities!
I have had many breeds of dogs in my lifetime and my favorite kind is always the one I have at that time. All dogs are wonderful and have their own kind of "special", but they are all alike in the most important thing..they just want to love you and be your best friend, no matter their breed, what they look like and or their size.
huskie/lab mixes
mini schnauzers
chihuahuas
shiba inus
all dogs
Lots of kinds of dogs are great.
For small dogs, i like Shiszu, like the one at my home. Their size are quite small, and they're really sweet dogs. They always like to play with people, even you're busy, it likes to follow you to everywhere (even the toilet!). They're quite obedient as well, easy to be trained. They don't bite at all, even if it does, it's only playing and it doesn't hurt. They mostly lick your hand.
For large dogs, i like Golden Retriever. They are easily trained, and enjoy pleasing their masters. They do really well in obedience competitions. They're really friendly with everyone including other dogs, and they're quarrelsomeless. They're also good watchdogs, who loudly signal a stranger's approach. They're a really good friend and accompany as well.
i like chocalte labs or golden they are so cute but can be so pleasing after trained
golden retreiver. they are easily trained, great with children, love to be loved. for a large breed dog, they are extremely gentle and sweet.
I don't have a particulary favorite breed (I have 4 different breeds of dog).
For small dogs I really lean to cockerspanials (I have an american and an english at home), I actually like the fact that they are needy and more like kids then dogs.. they do take a lot of time, patience and training, however most dogs will.
For larger dogs I'm torn - I'm a huge fan a big dogs. For temperment - and retriever, lab, etc. they are awesome. I have a golden retriever at home and he's just wonderful, well behaved for the most part and fully trained with next to no issues by 6 months.
I also love the Catahoula Leopord Dog - I have one of these as well and it's somewhat nice to know that for where I live I own a rare breed. She's quite talkative though which isn't my favorite thing - sometimes it's alright, but her bark has a little bit of that higher pitch to it. Otherwise she's wonderful. A lot to work with for training so even more patience is required than regular with her.
I'm a huge dog fan and there are very few dogs that I don't find cute or that I wouldn't choose to take home if they needed a home. Although 4 dogs at a time is my limit.. :)
English Bulldog. I want two, the male I'll name Big Ben and the female I'll name Puddin.
Probably the one (Don't know the breed name) the one in Men In Black "Frank"
