Why isn't Mr. Bush impeached? Before he can do more damage.?

As long as the Republicans have 34 seats in the Senate, it won't happen. As the Democrats closed ranks when Clinton was impeached, so the Republicans will do if Bush is impeached.

Also, why would the Democrats want Bush gone? They stand to win in a landslide in the 06 midterm elections, and take back both the congress and white house in the 08 elections. Bush is the best thing to happen to the Democrats since Clinton.

Because the Republicans are in control of all three branches of government. I'm not saying all Republicans love Bush, but it's not smart politics to back a guy through two elections and 6 years of presidency then suddenly decide it's time to give him the boot. And we all know how much Bush's cabinet likes to admit it when they're wrong...
