how could i made a simple sandwich for at least 30 min?

Use what ever ingredents you want and you could get a big loaf of bread like a roll from you local grocery store bakery and you can do it that way. you don't have to make it all the same one quarter you could use turkey, another ham and so on and so on. how ever you want. if you tae lettuce and cut it up it makes the sandwhich look bigger. hope if helps

Get a loaf of french bread that has not been cut! Cut the bread down the middle- long ways! Put Virginia baked ham, smoked turkey breast, and slices of bacon. Then add shredded lettuce tomatoes sliced thin pickles ,onion slices, peppers if u like them, and Miracle whip. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! Best sandwhich in the world! Big one too!!!!

It depends on weather you are asking about 30 minutes or 30 men. Men prefer meat sandwiches. Bologna, cotto salami and cheese on a hard roll with mayo, mustard and lettuce or tomato or even both should do the trick. Or try chicken salad or even pimento cheese. All can be made in less than 30 minutes.
