why are people dumb?

I have sat and pondered this question for years now and still have not come up with an approiate answer. Guess that makes me dumb too.

because they choose to be dumb!!!

because they are born without vocal chords

there are many reasons for that:
1- you are the dumb one and you don't know that.
because u can't understand anyone u think that every one is dum

2- Because you think in different way than others, so you find them dumb and they find you insane

3- you are in a very bad school where every body there are dumbs, so you feel the whole world full of dumbs

4- because you are the smartest human on the earth, but I don't think so

5- May be there is other reasons, but I am dumb enough to not know them

Lets say that the average person is of average intelligence, and that some people are above average, while some are below average. If half(1 in 2) the people are average, than a quarter (1 in 4) are below average or above average. That means that 75% of the people are of average or below average intelligence.
Education isn't a big priority is our culture right now, for some reason. It may be that the music young people like promotes ignorance, violence, sexuality, and material excess.

because people are dumb in general.
