about exam regulation:
i suppose every students all over the worls take their public exams and there is one regulation:
No eating or drinking in the exam centre.
my question is: is it possible to drink water in the exam centre? also, if I put a bottle of water under my chair in the exam centre( regulation state that all personal belongings should be placed under chair), then I drink whenever I want,without noticing the exam supervisor, do I risk a mark penality?

you no need take water in exam hall the school supply water for the students. you can write your eaxms without tension.

Yes you do risk a penalty! Bringing the bottled water in is fine, but drinking it is NOT.
