can anyone tell me about HKCEE?

HKCEE is somewhat difficult, it is an exam of certificate. its paper is difficult. and HKALE, a-level exam is very difficult. students will take HKCEE at about 16-17 years old, Form 5, while HKALE at about 18-19, form 7.

I think Hong Kong authority should not set those papers difficult. and I feel there is a problem existing under this system.

WHat do the others think? do you think your country's exam system is good?
