How do i take care of a really big pimple?

DON'T PICK IT!!! And don't razor it or puncture it or else it! It sounds like a cyst and if you try to pop it, it will only scar and look like a cigarette burn on your face for WEEKS! The cysts are too deep and the more you pick, the further you push it down, prolonging its lifetime. Mix salt and hot water and apply a hot compress to it for a few minutes several times a day. When it comes to a head, then pop it. But if you try to pop it and it doesn't on the FIRST time, it's not ready, and it needs more time and hot compresses. If that doesn't work, you may have to go to a dermatologist and have him inject it with hydrocortisone. That's the best route, but it's mighty pricey. Good luck!

ok, i didnt see anybody mention medicated treatments with the ingredient salicylic acid 2%. put it on at night, and during the day under makeup if you are a girl. it takes a day or so for it to come to a head, then bust away.

DON"Y TOUCH IT!!!!! plz 4 heaven's sake don't ever use a needle or a razor! don't u DARE listen to dem idiots! just leave da bloody pimple alone. it'll go after sumtime.i had 1 like dat sumtime back.it didn't pop.i just kept it covered wid pimple cream all da time 'n at night put sum toothpaste on it(not any,just da 1 which is plain white in color,no gel or anythin'). stay chilled 'n it'll go in 3-4 days k? try it out once..good luck!

Hot compresses, benzoil peroxide and leave it alone.

in order to make it come to a head .mix salt in a glass of hot water put a washcloth in the water and then place folded washcloth over pimple . hold until cloth is getting cold do this at least three times during the day. in 24 hours it will put a head on it and be ready to be taken care of.
Just make sure water is not so hot it will burn you.
mix about 4 spoons of salt in a cup of water

Use a sharpie marker and draw on a third 'eye'over the pimple. You will be THE COOLEST kid in school!

Some chinese medicine really does work, i was getting a hell a lot of big pimple, and then I go to chinatown in san francisco, some chinese doctor gave me something very bitter, you have to cook it with some hot water, but that,s really work, just couple of week, my pimple getting dried and then it,s all gone.

don't ever use a razor !! Use a spot treatment gel couple of times a day and jus leave it alone..there is no use bursting it bcause it will leave pimple marks

If it doesn't pop, then it sounds more like a cyst than a pimple. But you can take a needle and make sure that you sterilize it and pucture it. Then you should be able to squeeze it out. It it comes back or if that doesn't work you may very well want to go see a doctor. If it is a cyst it will have to be surgically removed. Also playing with it like trying to pop it can make it worse.
