Yes it has snowed in Hong Kong (incl Kowloon) and probably will again.

Snow on Tai Mo Chan in the 90's - I was there. It was amazing!

(you get 'frost' up there quite often - this time it was recorded snow)

No,because hong kong is hot in summer and cool in winter.
if hong kong is below 8 degree,then in Tai Mo Shan(the highest mountain in Hong Kong),there might have frost.

No!! The winter temperature in Hong Kong is mainly 10 - 17'C. Recently the weather fluctuates quite a lot. Sometimes warm and humin, but few days later, cold and dry again.

No, it's too warm, temperatures are never below 5 degrees Celcius for the coldest days of winter.
