Yes it has snowed in Hong Kong (incl Kowloon) and probably will again.Snow on Tai Mo Chan in the 90's - I was there. It was amazing!
(you get 'frost' up there quite often - this time it was recorded snow)

No,because hong kong is hot in summer and cool in winter.

No!! The winter temperature in Hong Kong is mainly 10 - 17'C. Recently the weather fluctuates quite a lot. Sometimes warm and humin, but few days later, cold and dry again.
