The answer, simply put, appears to be "no."
But the answer is YES. A blind person dream as other normal human being does. During dream a person do all those things which he/she imagine. it is only the unconciousness stage of mind.
Those who are born bilnd cant see images but can only sense like touch,hear,taste,the sensation of moving around, the emotion of joy, etc. But they cant even see colour as they cant differentiate between colours.
Dream images of the blind instead seem to be reconstructions of objects based on sensory input such as touch and sound, just as occurs in waking life.
But Scientific studies indicate that individuals blind at birth do see visual images; which is still controversial as images are constructs based on input from other senses (and on what the dreamer has been told by the sighted about what these objects look like).
But those are blind later after birth they have normal dreams as of other normal human beings.
