Chervolet Silevrdao or Toyota Thundra , which one is the best?

Well, It depends what you are looking for. Being a huge Toyota fan I would go with a Tundra. However, if you are only interested in towing and payload then a silverado would be a better choice. But If you want realiabilty, looks, ride quality, gas mileage, looks, manuvarbility, go with a Tundra. If you wait for the 2007 Tundra, then you will also be getting a much higher payload and towing capacity then a Silverado.

Look up both at your public library in the Consumer Reports. This magazine will show you what kind of repairs that you can look forward to in the future as well as showing you how things hold up. I would say the Toyota personally because I like the way it looks.

Toyota Tundra

The Chevy is a real workhorse, but the design, quality, and reliability can't come close to Toyota. Just look at Consumer Reports. The new Tundra that'll be out soon is going to clean Chevy's clock (even more) becuae it will truly be "full size". Also check out the Nissan Titan -- probably the best engine ever put into any truck.

Chevy is known for building tough trucks, however, GM vehicles have experienced several quality issues recently as well as a severe decline in resale value. Most likely, the Tundra will be more expensive upfront than the Chevy as GM heavily discounts their vehicles. The Toyota will have a better resale value. In addition, you have Toyota quality and durability that is second to none.

I, too, agree that you should wait for the 2007 model. It looks like a significant improvement over the previous model.

I love both chevy, chevy is built a lot better on the outside if you crash and a bigger motor,but toyota trucks sure run 4 ever & ever and with gas prices i have to say toyota is more affordable, but if you have bank and need to pull a trailer or boat then chevy.both good trucks
