"Ich liebe dich" is German. The pronunciation is a little tricky for Ich and dich as the sound is not common in English. The 'ch' sound have soft palette sounds. The best way I can think of to describe is to position the tongue parallel to the top of the mouth and exhale. (Similar to the breathing women in a child birth class might make.)
So the closest way to write the pronunciation is:
Ick lee-buh dick.
