How do you say, "You're cute" in other languages?

By the way Anata ga kawaii n desu yo sounds weird in Japanese. You're cute in Japanese should be something just like "Kawaii ne."

In Portuguese: "Você é gira" or "Tu és gira" if you are saying it to a female and "Você é giro" or "Tu és giro" if saying it to a male!
A quick note for "Moonriver" (Nice nickname!): the closest translation of "bonita / bonito" to English is "beautiful", not "cute".

One trick - "Bạn" here is very formal, to the point of being distant, but there's no other good "general" you in Vietnamese. How you refer to someone (and yourself!) is based on age, rank, and gender.
