How to extract an exe file?

Not all exe files are extractable.

An exe files becomes extractable when it contains many ( compressed ) files that are meant for setup ( normally an exe files created in a program such as winzip.

exe files are often not extractable cause they contain code rather than a bunch of files.

Download programs such as winzip, winrar, or winace, right click on the file and if it gives you the option to extract, it's extractable.

Note : Some exe's with files inside them are encrypted due to the fact that the publisher doesn't want you to get access to the file except during setup.
