How would you know if your date went well?

Posted an earlier question about how to make a good first impression. now that that's over, now i can't help but ask this question

You really shouldn't kill yourself over a question like this. If she was laughing, if she had a good time, then it went well. It's obvious. There are no trade secrets. If you get yourself worked up over worrying about how the date is going, you'll ruin it. Lean back, treat her like you've known her for years, tease her, be funny. If she laughs and responds, it goes well. Simple.

Dude... You can tell it by the way she reacts at the end of the date. If she liked your company she would surely make it obvious that she wants to come on a second one.

did you get a second date, did she kiss you, did she ask you in after the date. a yes to any of these would indicate a good date.
