Just ask her directly. How she responds would tell you what you want to know.

Dude... You can tell it by the way she reacts at the end of the date. If she liked your company she would surely make it obvious that she wants to come on a second one.

did you get a second date, did she kiss you, did she ask you in after the date. a yes to any of these would indicate a good date.

How did it end? That's usually a good indication.
