this book is written for teenagers and adults as well. Its name is "Oldtown Legend" Old Castle.

With digital technology it is much cheaper to publish. It depends on what you are writing, some publisher is willing to publish it and share profit. Or you can just pay for it all starting from say, a few thousand copies for at around US$5000.
Distributing is another thing though...

What type of publication are your pursuing. There are tons of Vanity Press companies out there that will publish it for you if you just want copies for yourself.
